Mando Ranked the 74th in Forbes Magazine List of "World's Best Employers"

Mando ranked the 74th in the list of "World's Best Employers" created Forbes, one of the leading business magazines of the US. Being ranked in this list that has been released since 2017 is an important indicator of success for global companies.

It is the first time that Mando was ranked in the list of "World's Best Employers" created as a result of a questionnaire study drawn up by Mando, Forbes, and the research company Statista, and responded by 160,000 employees from 58 countries. 

Responding employees were asked to evaluate their employers in terms of company image, company's contribution to personal development, gender equality, and social responsibility. This year, one of the most important criteria was employers' responses to the Covid-19 pandemic. Mando was appreciated by its employees particularly with the steps it took to manage the Covid-19 crisis.  This enabled Mando to rank the 74th in the general list and 8th in the automotive sector. The only automotive part manufacturer in the list was Mando as well.

The steps it took during the Covid-19 crisis carried Mando to the upper ranks in the list.  Thanks to Mando's practices realized upon the severe escalation of the Covid-19 pandemic and in the framework of its policy prioritizing employees' health and safety, global impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the company remained limited.  

Mando's efforts to mitigate the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic have gone beyond the measures applied within the company. In constant solidarity with national and international organizations, Mando donated 1 million Yuans to the Chinese Red Cross and 500 million Wons to the National Disaster Relief Association in Korea. 

Once again, Mando underlined the importance it attaches to employee satisfaction by being ranked in Forbes Magazine List of "World's Best Employers."
